Do you ship Internationally?

Currently, we process orders only within the United States of America. We do not support international shipping.

How much does the shipping cost?

All orders have FREE SHIPPING, regardless price or quantity, within the United States of America.

When will my order be delivered?

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once processed, shipping takes additional 5 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 - 12 business days.

Time estimates are calculated for normal circumstances. If abnormal situations alter processing and delivery times, we will let you know via email.

Do you offer local delivery?

We're sorry, but we currently do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup. However, we do offer Free Shipping for all our products within the United States.

Unfortunately, is really difficult to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed and confirmed. However, contact us on the very same day you place the order to check if we can help you. No promises.

What can I do if my order is going to the wrong address?

Please take extra care when entering your shipping instructions at checkout, once an order has been placed, we only have a short space of time in which to amend an address and sadly, if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to change your shipping address for you.

If you find that you have entered the incorrect address, please contact us, as soon as possible, with your order details and your correct address information. We will try to help you as much as we can!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

I haven’t received my order, what can I do?

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@lovingsoulmates.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
