I have changed my mind and I don’t want this product, how do I get a refund or exchange?

We're sorry, but we do not offer product refunds or exchanges if you changed your mind at this time. However, if you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

The size is not right, can I exchange my product?

We're sorry, but we do not offer product exchanges at this time. So, please before making your purchase check very carefully the size charts available for each product you want to buy. Take your time and check your body measures to make sure you choose the correct size.

My item is faulty, how do I get a refund?

Do not worry. Our items have a 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged.
  • Please provide photographic evidence that the product is faulty or damaged.

How do I get my refund?

If applicable, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment method.

My refund was approved but I haven’t received it yet, what can I do?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

I received the item as gift, how do I get a refund?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. Once the refund is approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
